Homeowners in Atlantic Beach, FL put a lot of trust into their new shower doors. A solid glass shower door warranty protects that investment long after installation day. Bold City Glass offers a limited lifetime warranty on the installation of the shower enclosure and a 15-year manufacturer warranty on all hardware materials. In this article, we'll walk you through common terms, coverage, and exclusions, then show you how Bold City Glass supports long term customer satisfaction with clear documents, responsive service, and practical help when questions or problems arise.
Homes near the coast face constant moisture, salty air, and frequent temperature swings. Shower doors, hardware, and seals work hard every day in this environment. Glass shower doors see daily movement, soap, hard water, and steam, so a bathroom glass enclosure needs more than attractive Bathroom Design.
Coverage on custom shower doors, semi-frameless shower doors, and frameless glass shower doors matters just as much as style, since labor costs and replacement glass can add up quickly. Bold City Glass treats warranty terms as part of customer care, not fine print, for projects that range from compact custom showers to full glass shower enclosures across North East Florida.
Every glass company in North East Florida describes coverage a little differently, yet most warranties touch the same basic areas. Homeowners usually see separate sections for glass, hardware, and labor on shower doors and Shower Enclosures. Glass coverage often focuses on tempered glass breakage or defects in custom glass shower enclosures and frameless shower enclosures.
Hardware terms address hinges, clamps, door pulls, and handles on framed or frameless shower enclosures, with time limits for finish changes or moving parts. Workmanship language speaks to leaks, water escaping from a shower enclosure, or alignment problems tied to the original shower door installation. Bold City Glass organizes terms in plain language so customers know how long coverage lasts, what to expect from a professional repair, and which situations fall outside warranty protection.
Every warranty has limits, even from a careful glass & mirror company. Harsh cleaners on glass shower doors, abrasive pads on rain glass, or strong chemicals on metal finishes often live in the exclusion section. Impact damage from a dropped tool, slamming a sliding glass door, or hitting glass partition walls sits outside normal warranty protection as well.
Neglected maintenance on shower curtains, clogged channels, or soft seals that never receive basic cleaning can lead to fogged glass or water escaping at the base. Coatings on custom glass shower enclosures, such as water repellent treatments, usually have shorter coverage periods than the tempered glass beneath. Bold City Glass explains exclusions during the quote process so Atlantic Beach homeowners understand how to care for custom showers and keep coverage in good standing.
Shower door warranties in Atlantic Beach, FL can feel similar at first glance, yet the experience behind those documents often tells a different story. Big box options or out of town providers may advertise long headline years with limited help once a problem appears. Local Glass Specialists who handle Custom Glass Installations, shower door repair, and glass replacement every day understand how coastal homes behave over time.
Bold City Glass offers a limited lifetime warranty on the installation of the shower enclosure and a 15-year manufacturer warranty on all hardware materials. A homeowner who sees a leak in my window near the shower, loose hardware on a bathroom remodel, or questions about a modern style shower enclosure can talk with a familiar team instead of a call center. That difference often matters more than one extra year printed on a brochure.
